Morris Westbrook, member of the Supportive Care Counselling team

Morris Westbrook

From a young age, I have always wanted to help others in their desired change. My role has changed many times, commencing in youth work, leading not-for-profits, starting up youth centres, and pastoral counselling. However, my lifelong passion is to see others live their best life. Five years ago, I felt that it was time to refresh and retrain. Returning to full-time studies (Bachelor of Social Sciences – Counselling) has reinforced my aspiration to partner with those seeking to bring positive change in their lives. My motto is ‘working together towards change.’ As a counsellor, I believe my role is to support you as we walk together towards the change you want to make. I’m a husband, father, and grandfather, who has lived on the Central Coast for two decades. My life’s journey has taught me that we have great strengths within. When we are encouraged through an empathic relationship, change is possible.
